Angie Demeray



Having found CrossFIt 2 years ago, Angie has feels as though she has been doing it most of her life. Being someone who has tried a lot of different sports, Muay Thai, Boxing, Endurance Running, Rugby Union, Bodybuilding and the list goes on, she is an an all rounder. What drives her passion for CrossFit is that it will always be challenging as there are so many things to improve on and learn, and help her build a functional healthy future.

In her own words, "I try to set myself 2-3 goals then I go for it! When completed I choose 2-3 more and continue that cycle. When setting goals I believe putting in the effort and time will get you to your achievement.. sometimes it takes a little bit longer than expected, , listening to my coach, do whats required to get the strength and skill to reach that goal. I have been proven this time and time again and find it fascinating. In this sport the support, encouragement and love for it from the CrossFit community is just unreal, I find myself overwhelmed sometimes but take a step back and embrace it."
